Yin Yoga Classes
Yin Yoga Classes
I offer Yin Yoga sessions on location for small groups of up to ten participants.
Each class begins with focused breathwork to help you ground and connect, followed by a series of Yin poses held for several minutes to gently work into the fascia and connective tissues. This approach promotes flexibility, relaxation, and inner balance.\
We close each session with a deep relaxation (Savasana) accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls, creating a calming and restorative atmosphere. Afterward, we share a cup of tea to unwind together.
Classes take place on Sundays from 10:00 to 11:15.

Improve your running form and efficiency with a detailed Running Performance Analysis.
This session helps you understand how you move, adjust your technique, and prevent injuries.
